NumoFlow is designed to work with practice-level business numbers, not patient information. This notice explains what information may be collected and how it is used.
Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record details, claim numbers, or other protected health information into NumoFlow.
NumoFlow is a directional practice confidence check only. It is not tax, legal, accounting, financial, medical, or compliance advice.
1. Information you provide
NumoFlow may use the monthly practice estimates you enter, such as revenue, expenses, visit volume, provider or owner time, benchmark hourly value, desired owner income, and selected practice type.
These inputs are meant to describe the practice at a business level. They should not include patient information or protected health information.
2. How information is used
The numbers you enter are used to generate a directional snapshot, priority diagnosis, and practical next-move suggestions inside NumoFlow.
The purpose is to help solo healthcare professionals and owner-operated practices think more clearly about operating pressure, provider time, revenue quality, and next-step focus.
3. Local storage
NumoFlow may save draft inputs or submitted snapshot inputs in your browser's local storage so you can return to or edit your snapshot more easily.
Local storage is stored on your device/browser. You can clear it by using browser settings or the Clear All option where available.
4. Upload Assist
Upload Assist is planned as a future feature. If enabled, it may allow users to upload spreadsheets, P&Ls, QuickBooks exports, or similar business documents to help identify relevant inputs.
Users should review and confirm any suggested inputs before a snapshot is generated. Uploads should not contain patient information or protected health information.
5. No patient information
NumoFlow is not intended to collect, process, or store patient information. Do not submit patient names, clinical details, medical records, claim numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other personal health information.
6. Third-party services
NumoFlow may use third-party hosting, analytics, email, payment, or processing services as the product evolves. These services may process limited technical or usage information necessary to operate the site.
7. Changes to this notice
This Privacy Notice may be updated as NumoFlow develops, especially if features such as account saving, upload assist, payments, or monthly tracking are added.
